The beds in our king room were extremely comfy. The breakfast was very satisfying with plenty of meals. The location was excellent, close to South Texas, San Marcos Outlet Mall, and Texas State University. Check-in was quick and check-out was easy. The staff was amazingly friendly, and they offered free wake-up service and ironing services.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and nice.

It was a good hotel. I checked in very quickly and the room was clean and big.... I can only say that when we got to the room...we didn't have extra towels but all I had to do was ask the front desk and I picked them up... Loved that check out was at 12 noon

Bed and linen, cleanliness, helpful reception, outdoor pool used by children - even in late December. Breakfast good. Location is good, close to San Marcos and highway I-35. Red Lobster next door is also recommended.

Rear of hotel is next to a truck rental/parcel delivery lot, resulting in noise in the morning. But double-glazing reduced the impact.

Convenient location right next to Texas State University, the Convention Center, and the river – great for exploring the local attractions! the rooms boast a super comfy king-sized bed fit for royalty. 😊

Room was clean and nice, everything worked as expected; i have been staying in Hampton inn hotels since years and are always good.

the only thing that i didn't like was that this hotel is very close to a railroad crossing and there are trains horns noise is too much, specially during the whole night; it was the same every night.

Inability to get a copy of room charges at checkout. Clerks confused with procedures when dealing w? Booked.net. three days later and still do not have copy due to confusing relationship between Hampton and Booked.net

The breakfast was very satisfying with hot options. The staff was excellent. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice, close to Luby's cafeteria. I found a McDonald's very close by for supper.

check in and check out registration were really nice and fast.

The bathrooms weren't that clean. The dust on the lamp shades was getting bad. The overall cleanliness was just OK. Just didn't seem like people cared about the over all look of the cleaning. Bed linens were clean and so were towels. It was ok to stay for 1 night but can't see a reason to stay there for more than that. Cleaning people and the ladies at breakfast were not friendly.

The breakfast is great even with hot options, has great food. The location is particularly good and unbeatable, 1 mile from a kid-oriented park.

We enjoyed the convenient location and the clean hotel. Breakfast was also very good, wide variety of food choices.
